Chula Vista Location:
We are located in the “old downtown” Chula Vista between the 5 and 805 Freeways between E St and F St. We are located on the corner of Landis and Davidson. We are one block away from the Chula Vista Library, one block away from 3rd Street restaurants and bars, and 3 blocks from Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista.
Chula Vista Parking:
There is street parking with tolls that only takes coins and there are there are 2 ACE parking lots across the street that take card or cash that run from 9am-5pm. Street parking is $0.50 per hour (does NOT accept credit cards). The ACE parking lots are diagonal to our building in both directions. On Landis Ave. between Davidson & E St the cost is $0.50 per hour (accepts credit cards). The most affordable parking lot is on Landis between Davidson and 4th which only costs $0.25 per hour (accepts credit cards). We recommend putting in at least 2 hours on the meters.
